- Adjust Work Hours
-
Where possible, work with your staff to adjust hours for your business.
- Support employees taking holidays during the Games.
- Implementing flex-days with staff working longer hours some days to allow for time off on others
- Adjust work hours to support staff commuting before or after peak times.
- Teleworking
-
Sometimes the best commute, is no commute. Support your staff working from home during the Games.
- Join in the Celebrations
-
Use Entertainment Events happening around town to build team spirit and staff morale – organize team outings to participate in celebrations rather than getting stuck in commutes during peak times.
