Destination Canada is inviting Thompson Okanagan stakeholders to submit special offers that would be extended to certified travel trade representatives visiting Canada to learn more about our products and services.
The Canada Specialist Program is an educational tool designed by Destination Canada to train travel trade professionals about travel to Canada. Upon completion of the program, Travel Agents are certified and provided with credentials that they present to participating tourism product suppliers for discounted admissions and accommodations.
Destination Canada is looking for significant special offers for CSP graduates when they visit BC as an incentive for them to learn more about our region and better sell it when they return. This can be hotel discounts, industry rates, attraction passes, spa discounts, rental car offers, city tours, complimentary cocktail or breakfast, etc. Agents taking advantage of the offers will contact you directly through the details you provide. They are requested to provide you their Canadian Specialist certificate which can be done either via e mail or in person.
