Grenada Providing Summer Travel Values

From now through October 1, Grenada is providing travelers with discounted hotel and restaurant rates, accommodations upgrades and complimentary services ranging from island tours to spa massages as part of the Grenada Tourism Authority (GTA)’s #NextStopGrenada summer travel campaign.

Visitors can access the discounted services and amenities by obtaining a #NextStopGrenada summer savings card upon arrival at Maurice Bishop International Airport or at participating Grenada hotels. Visitors present the savings card to participating vendors to access the discounted products and services.

In its second year, the GTA program provides travelers with value offers that can be used across Grenada including in the sister islands of Carriacou and Petite Martinique.

Grenada will be offering a series of summer festivals and cultural events including Flavours of Grenada on May 20 to 27; Grenada Chocolate Festival, May 31 to June 7; Petite Martinique Whitsuntide Regatta, June 7 to 10; Carriacou Regatta, August 2 to 5; and Grenada Spicemas Carnival, August 11 to 12.

Additionally, JetBlue will increase summer service from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport to Maurice Bishop Airport, with daily direct flights from June 11 through July 31and twice-daily direct flights between August 1 and September 3.

American Airlines will launch additional flights from Miami International Airport and new departures from Charlotte International Airport in North Carolina for the upcoming Winter Season, said GTA officials.
