NEW YORK — As a way to give travel agents a technological advantage over OTAs and other competitors, Amadeus has announced its new Productivity Tracker that equips agencies of all sizes with a better understanding of their performance.
It’s the latest solution in the Amadeus Agency Insight Suite, and uses data analytics to identify areas for operational improvement and empower agencies to make more effective decisions.
For example, agencies can detect process inefficiencies and take corrective action. They can also run reports to show what contributes most to overall booking and revenue, allowing them to better determine where to allocate resources. Plus, agents can gain foresight into bookings at risk of cancellation, and respond in time to protect their reservations.
