Jedruch charged, due to appear in court Oct. 14: TICO

TORONTO — Pawel Jedruch has been charged with four counts of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Travel Industry Act, 2002.

Jedruch operated in the City of Niagara Falls and elsewhere in Ontario.

The first court appearance in the case is scheduled for Oct. 14 at 9 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court, 71 King Street, St. Catharines, ON.
