Ryanair has celebrated its new Liverpool to Shannon service, which will operate three times weekly as part of its summer 2018 schedule.
The flight is Ryanair’s fourth Irish service from Liverpool, in addition to Dublin (four daily), Cork (four weekly) and Knock (five weekly).
Head of public relations for Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Robin Tudor, said: “This latest addition to Ryanair’s growing network of routes from Liverpool brings a welcome return of flights to Shannon linking Liverpool to this part of Ireland once again, with passengers from across the north-west able to take advantage of a faster, easier, friendlier start to their journey by flying direct from Liverpool.”
