Yas Island is celebrating its “coolest” summer season yet, following the opening of Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi to excited crowds last month.
The iconic new attraction is the world’s first-ever Warner Bros. branded indoor theme park, and the world’s largest indoor theme park, giving Yas Island visitors a perfect new way to beat the summer heat.
Warner Bros. World is the third theme park to open on the island, joining Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, bringing Yas Island’s leisure and entertainment experience to a new level of distinction.
Commenting on the addition, Gerardo Llanes, executive director, destination management, Yas Island, said: “We are thrilled to witness the overwhelmingly positive reception of Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and share in our guests’ joy and excitement as they experience this one-of-a-kind immersive theme park for the very first time.
“On Yas Island, we aim to deliver world-class leisure and entertainment experiences, and Warner Bros. World is a star addition to our existing line-up of attractions that fits the bill in every way.
“Now, our visitors have one more fantastic reason to stay and play on Yas Island, while enjoying the best family entertainment the region has to offer.”
Located near Yas Island’s renowned leisure and entertainment hotspots including Yas Waterworld, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Mall, Yas Marina, Yas Beach and Yas Marina Circuit; Warner Bros. World offers endless family fun and entertainment with over 29 rides, attractions and live shows inspired by DC Super Heroes including Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, as well as animated favourites such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Scooby-Doo all under one roof.
The 1.65 million square foot indoor park complements Yas Island’s incredible array of award-winning attractions, making the island the ultimate destination for one more family break to wrap-up the summer vacation on a high note.
Located on the golden shores of Abu Dhabi, Yas Island is one of the world’s fastest growing leisure and entertainment destinations.
Yas Island is home to Ferrari World, considered the Middle East’s Leading Theme Park by voters at the World Travel Awards, as well as Yas Waterworld, the Middle East’s Leading Water Park.
