Fractl wanted to know all the details about getting shut-eye while away from home. So its latest study surveyed over 1,000 Americans about traveling sleep suffers and how they deal with it.
Here’s what they found:
- Flyers lose almost twice as much sleep as other travelers
- Those traveling by plane lose nearly 6 hours of sleep on week long trips
- Business travelers lose more than a full night’s sleep on week long trips
- Flyers take around 2 days to get sleep back in order after returning home
