New European marketing manager for Tourism New Zealand

Tourism New Zealand has appointed Dani Benjamin to the role of trade marketing manager for Europe, based in London.

Benjamin will join the trade team in developing and implementing Tourism New Zealand’s trade marketing strategy in the UK and Germany.

Prior to joining Tourism New Zealand Benjamin worked at Science in Sport in various marketing manager roles where she gained experience across multiple European markets.

Previous roles include retail marketing for Tottenham Hotspur FC and global brand marketing for Pernod Ricard New Zealand.

A graduate of the University of Otago, Benjamin is a New Zealander with strong product knowledge and an understanding of what makes New Zealand so unique as a destination.

Regional manager for Tourism New Zealand, Pip Casey, said: “We’re excited to welcome Dani to the team, her impressive Marketing experience and first-hand knowledge of New Zealand puts her in an excellent position to engage travel agents and ensure they are keeping New Zealand top of mind.”

Benjamin says she is looking forward to working with the UK and German travel trade and helping to promote New Zealand’s diverse tourism offering.
